15 YEAR LIMITED MATTRESS WARRANTY

Your new Restopedic  Mattress is covered by a 15-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”). This Warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.

Restopedic Inc. Limited Mattress Warranty Responsibilities

Restopedic Inc. warrants the Mattress sold to you to be free from defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for a period of 15 years.  The Mattress must be used normally, for its intended purposes, on a bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the Mattress and its individual user(s).

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, from the original purchase date, of the original mattress purchased from Restopedic Inc. or our authorized reseller. If the original purchaser sells or relinquishes ownership of the mattress, the 15-year limited Warranty is voided. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All limited warranties are not transferable.

The Limited Mattress Warranty Covers The Following Defects:

Deterioration of the mattress resulting in a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch. Normal wear requires that a mattress be continuously supported by a matching, solid foundation, base, or frame substantial enough to support the mattress and its user(s).

Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the mattress that causes permanent damage to the foam and springs despite proper set-up and normal handling.

Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the cover, including seams. Restopedic Inc. may opt to repair or replace the cover provided with the mattress upon purchase.

The Limited Mattress Warranty Does Not Cover The Following:

A normal increase in softness, resulting from normal wear and tear, of the foam and springs that does not affect the pressure-relieving quality of the mattress.

Physical abuse or damage to mattress, including but not limited to, cuts, tears, burns, liquid damage & stains, or soiling.

Damage resulting from the mattress placed on improper bed frame, foundation, platform bed, or adjustable base.

Other components on the warranted mattress that are not defective.

       Mattress sold by non-authorized retailers.

In the event that Restopedic Inc. replaces the mattress cover, Restopedic Inc. will replace it with the current style of cover available for the mattress, which may be of a different color, design, or material than the original cover provided upon initial purchase.

Purchaser Responsibilities

In the event of a Defect, to receive the benefits of this limited Mattress Warranty, you must first contact Restopedic Inc. to get further evaluation/replacement/return instructions. You will be asked to provide proof of the original date of purchase and evidence of a Defect. Restopedic Inc. will repair or replace your Mattress (as applicable).

Replaced or repaired Mattresses are subject to the same limited Mattress Warranty as the original Mattress beginning from the date of purchase of the original Mattress

Do's & Don'ts of Bedding Care

DO

Do turn your mattress frequently.  The resilient materials in this mattress are designed to conform to your body's individual contours. This is not a structural defect. To equalize these body impressions which naturally form on the mattress surface over time, turn end over end and upside down once every two weeks for the first two months of use; once every two months thereafter.

Do carry mattress flat on its side - it's easier to handle and less likely to damage the mattress.

Do keep your bedding clean. We suggest using a mattress protector that is water proof especially if children use the bed.

Do replace the foundation when purchasing a new mattress. Old foundation  may not provide sufficient support. It may appear that your new mattress is sagging when it is really the foundation which supports the entire mattress.

Do use a metal center support frame for queen and king size sets. By not using support frame, your warranty may be invalid.

DON'T

Don't allow your mattress to get wet. Protect it from water or other liquids.

Don't allow anyone to stand or jump on your mattress.  It was not built for that kind of weight concentration.

Don't place a board between your mattress and foundation. Your sleep system is designed specifically to provide you with support.

Don't smoke in bed. This mattress is manufactured as required by federal law to resist, but not necessarily eliminate, ignition by smoldering cigarettes.

Don't place near open flame of expose to fire. This mattress is not flame - or fireproof and can ignite and/or burn if exposed to open flame or fire. When ignited, some bedding fill materials can burn rapidly and emit smoke and hazardous gasses.

Don't use dry cleaning fluid of any type on your mattress, since it will damage some of the construction materials.

CHILD SAFETY WARNINGS

Never leave an infant on a mattress. Infants can suffocate if trapped between the mattress and the wall, foot board, or headboard.

Never sleep in the same bed as an infant. The infant can become wedged between your body and the mattress and suffocate.

Place infant in crib meeting current safety standards and use a mattress that fits tightly.

Keep matches, lighters, and other ignitables out of the reach of children.

Teach children to "stop, drop and roll" if there clothing catches fire.
