QUILTING OF COVERS AND BOARDERS

Here you see 3 rolls of material. There is 2 rolls of foam and 1 roll of fiber(fire barrier) that goes through machine to be quilted.

Here you see a quilted panel coming out the other side of the quilting machine.

Here you can see rolls of quilted side panels being made. If you look close you can see the quilted fabric is being sliced before it is rolled.

Here you can see the industrial sewing machine used to attach the flang to the panel for a mattress.

Here you can see a panel with the flang attached ready to be added to springs and foam.

Here you can see the industrial table sewing machine that finish the mattress by sewing binding to attach the panel to the boarder with the rest of the components inside.
